ORDERING

☆┇ To order a commission from me, you will have to fill out a google form with your commission information which'll be reviewed.☆┇ Once the forum has been accepted, I will get back to you through the preferred messaging platform (selected on the forum) and you'll be placed into a commission slot. I will prioritize those who have finished their forms first and are in higher slots before I move on to the next commission (ex; person in the first slot will have their commissioned done first, then the second, etc etc.)☆┇ Currently only have 4 slots open as I'm just starting out, but if commissions gain more demand I will make accommodations to open more.

PAYMENT

☆┇ All payments will be directed through Cashapp at $RaquelBroughton.☆┇ You must pay in full before I start your commission. Failure to do so will result in the commission being cancelled.☆┇ No refunds unless I'm unable to finish your commission!!

WORK PROCESS

☆┇ Commissions are estimated to take 1-2 weeks at least, and roughly 1-2 months at most to be delivered.☆┇ Please be patient with me, and try to communicate with me as much as possible! If for any reason I am unable to complete a commission, the client will be informed and I will issue a full refund.☆┇ Progress photos will be sent for all commission types. They will be sent once I finish the sketch and colored sketch. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.☆┇ Any major changes or revisions must be made during the sketching stage. This includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.☆┇ After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made to the pose or the character. If the commissioner requests additional major edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.☆┇ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO READING AND ACCEPTING MY TOS.☆┇ I as the artist, reserve the right to deny ANY commission for any reason, if I decide I can no long complete a commission, you will be properly refunded.☆┇ I as the artist retain full rights to the artwork and hold the right to post it.☆┇ Do not trace or copy my work. Do not train or use my work for AI or any AI related content.☆┇ You must give me full credits for the art!! Please tag me or link my socials if you plan to use it personally!IMAGE USAGE AND COPYRIGHT☆┇ DO NOT trace, copy, or AI train the artwork.☆┇ You must credit me for the art!☆┇ Using the art as an icon, banner, wallpaper, streaming purposes, or for normal social media posts are allowed as long as proper credits are given.☆┇ If used commercially (specifically merchandise of ANY kind) an additional x2 will be added onto the price of the commission. This will only apply to art commissions, character sheets, etc. used for anything sold on your end.
